What Does Skyline Mean?

Looking back into the history of the Skyscaper we find that there has been this ongoing competition between builders to reach new heights and build the tallest building. And for those of us who view these amazing Skylines, we tend to think that the higher you are (that corner office in the sky) the better off you'll be. As a ministry it is our goal to continue pursuing new heights in our relationship with God, understanding that the closer we get to him the better off we'll be. In which the way we live our lives will give those around us something to look up to and pursue themselves.

About Skyline

Skyline Student Ministries is a program that focuses on connecting students with one another through a common belief in Christ. While inspiring students to pursue new heights in their walk with God. Skyline meets every Wednesday night for a creative worship experience, along with off campus small groups, camps, events and conventions.

"Why" Series

Have you ever asked the question "Why?" in regards to your faith and relationship with God? Like "Why am I here?" or "Why should I believe in God?" The truth is I think we all have. Which is "Why?" this series is going to be so great. We invite you to be apart on Wednesday nights. We hope to see you there.

Alot Going On!

With Summer right around the corner, we find ourselves heading into a very busy season packed with camps, events, a missions trip, national youth convention and the national fine arts competition. In fact there's so much, to put it all on this blog would not only overwhelm you with information but it would also be an extremely boring read. So please make sure you stop by our information desk in the youth center for more information on upcoming events.

Eyes Of Faith

Recently I dropped my cell phone in the parking lot of a gas station and sadly to say my super cool cell phone was ran over. The crazy thing is even though the phone was broken and the screen was completely shattered I was still able to recieve calls.... As weird as it may sound I think so many of us can relate to my cell phone in the sense that even though we are all broken; God is always there calling out for us draw near to him.

If you have a story where God revealed himself through some unexpected way, I encourage you to share it with the rest of us.
